A Pediatric Nurse is a nurse who specializes in medical care for children. Two of the
things they do include assessing patients before they see the main doctor and giving shots.
People who have a talent for helpiong people, love children, and have an interest in medicine usualy look into a job as a pediatic nurse. These charastics are useful when giving care or medical attention to infants, toddlers, and children. While the doctors give diagnoses, nurses have to be prepared to teach patients how to manage their illnesses or injuries.
Work Enviroment
Pediatric nurses usually work in hospitals, pediatric offices, schools, and sometimes home health. Where your working depends on hwat kind of illnesses you will be treating. For example, if your working in a hospital you probably treat patients with more serious conditions, and if you're working at pediatric office you'll probably deal with more basic treatments like checkups.
