For teachers in need of finding primary sources to support the curriculum, explore these primary sources.

Star Wars Reads Day

Visit Books-A-Million on Harbison Blvd on Saturday, October 6 to celebrate Star Wars Reads Day by taking part in story time, games, crafts, trivia, and giveaways. SC Book Award Challenge (reading goal #1)

Students in grades 1-5 must read and review 3 nominee books in order to qualify for the first reading goal. First graders complete paper forms while students in grades 2-5 fill out online review forms.

Box Tops for Education Contest

The Media Center will have a grade level Box Tops for Education contest October 15-26. Please save your Box Top UPC’s to send in during that time. The Media Center receives 10 cents from each UPC.
