Cindy Duncan reported, "Robin comes from the Eastmont School District where she served as a K-5 building Principal for the past six years. Under Robin’s leadership student achievement continued to grow and the opportunity gap continued to decrease. Her school had the highest achievement index of all the elementary schools in the district. Robin also has expertise and a strong background in special education.
