*Parents…we will dismiss after halftime on Friday so students can participate in the Homecoming Dance. 9th graders are not allowed to go to the dance on Friday (school policy). Please plan on picking your students up early. They will call to let you know when we are dismissed.

*Parents, We will call when we depart. Due to finals, we may have to load after awards and that will change our departure time. Lunch for the day will cost $5.00 to cover the cost of food. Attached is an order form for the lunch. Please return the form on Wednesday September 30th, 2015. You will pay on Saturday for your lunch. Please plan on sending your student with money for concessions after our performance.
*The cost of admission for the event will be $10 for everyone school age and up. The price includes a program and all day admission (both prelims and finals). Gates will open at 8:00 am. They can accept both cash and credit cards. This year there will be admission gates at BOTH ends of the stadium!
*Due to the length of our day and the time of our scheduled arrival back at HCHS I strongly encourage you to pick up your students even if they can drive.
