INTERSCHOLASTICS
SPRING SPORTS BEGIN FEBRUARY 6TH, 2023
Spring Sports are already coming up! If your student plans on playing any of the sports below, they must have the Athletic Packet emailed or brought into the Activities Office before the start date! If the packet is not received by that date, they will not be able to practice or participate.
In this packet, there are instructions on how to complete the ATS online profile, which needs to be done every year by every student.
Also in the packet are the instructions on how to complete the BrainBook. This only needs to be completed once and will not be required year after year.
Click Here to download the packet. You may fill it out and email it to roberta.carrillo@tusd1.org or you may bring it directly to the Activities Office. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact Bert Carrillo at 520-584-7707. LETS GO SABERCATS!
BELOW ARE THE SPRING SPORTS BEGINNING FEBRUARY 3RD:

FAMILY ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
🎄TINA'S TOYS FOR TOTS🎄
We had a wonderful turnout this year for our annual Tina's Toys For Tots toy drive! With about 200 toys donated, we were able to make a huge difference for families in our community this holiday season. Special thanks to The United States Marine Corps, The Bravin Family, Le Buzz Café, Risky Business, Mr. Williams, and of course Mrs. Tina Eubanks for their meaningful contributions to this cause.
Please know that Sabino and TUSD want to support ALL families with whatever their needs might be!
We have several Family Resource Centers that can help, even during the Summer months, with food boxes, clothing items, school supplies, as well as personal hygiene items.
Please do not hesitate to contact your Family Engagement Representatives: Corri Cook at 520-584-7708 or Bruce Williams at 520-584-7751.

SABINO PTSA
Its a perfect time to join the Sabino PTSA for this school year! The PTSA is an important part of the Sabino Family. Every year, we fund grants for the teachers, raise money for the library, organize campus beautification days, and put together graduation activities at the end of the year. Even more importantly, our core mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children!
Need a tax write-off? Give to Sabino's PTSA! We currently have many requests for non-event fundraisers from teachers and counselors. These will benefit your students learning environment by providing games for the library, gift cards for completing their FAFSA, and much more! We accept payments by check or by clicking the link below:

Our monthly meetings will keep you in the loop as students, teachers, and administrators provide updates. These meetings are a great opportunity to get to know other parents as well as ask questions of Sabino's Administration. We extend an open invitation for you to attend. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you! There are many ways you can support us, and joining is just one of them. If you are able to help out from time to time, please indicate it when paying for your membership and we'll send out the occasional email asking for assistance.
