Term 1: Week 3 ( 16th Sept,2019 - 20th Sept, 2019)
We are now in the 3rd week of the term! and the two weeks have been great with students looking so enthusiastic and enjoying their lessons.
Just a few updates for the coming week:
Swimming: Classes that will swim the coming week:
See the attached schedule and remind your child to carry their swimming costume on the right day
Uniform:
Thank you for encouraging your children to keep smart, please remind them to be in full school uniform on the days they do not have PE. ( refer to the schedule earlier sent and the same is posted in classrooms)
Extra curricular activities ( ECAs) and Academic support and enrichment program ( ASEP)
ECAs : Academic support and enrichment program starts tomorrow Monday 16th September,2019 from 3:45 pm - 3:45 pm.
The lists were posted in the classrooms, your child should know which activity they are participating in and the day. Please pick them up on time, if they are not using our school buses. ( See the attached doc about benefits of ECAs)
ASEP: Academic support and enrichment program starts on Monday 16th September,2019 from 5 pm to 7 pm.
This is a learning support program for students who need extra help with concepts they are struggling with ( For more details contact the Asep coordinator Tr Hannington

Only the students who signed up for this program attend. Boarding students are free to attend the program too with extra payment.
Student Council: Middle school wishes to encourage responsibility and leadership roles, in that regard, we shall soon be constituting our student council.
Please encourage your child to aspire for a leadership position.
Short term boarding services:
Short term boarding services are available at our boarding house.

Promoting positive behavior:
Middle school would like to strive towards promoting positive behavior and support children to be at their best always.
Please spare some time and encourage your children to follow class/ school rules and be respectful , responsible and organised at all times.
