A HUGE shout out goes out to all of our Rocks Theatre staff, cast and crew of Little Shop of Horrors for an incredible production this past week. The endless hours of hard work and dedication paid off and they were amazing! A special shout-out goes out to Mr. Grubb, Mr. Zabonick, and student director Luci Bluto for leading the charge and Mrs. Wessel, Mr. Majors, Mr. Muth and the awesome pit band!

If a student's address changes and they are requiring a transportation (bus) change, please allow up to 24-48 hours for the new bus information to take effect. For more information, please go to the Westfield Washington School District transportation link.

November-Gratitude Month

Westfield High School is excited to focus on monthly themes that are aligned with our Life Ready skills. In addition, these themes match CORE content as well as national/global awareness months. November's monthly theme is Gratitude. Our CORE sessions this month will offer enrichment activities encompassing the Gratitude theme. Additionally, there is a monthly nomination form for those students and staff that demonstrate each of our monthly themes. For Gratitude month, these individuals would exhibit appreciation and thankfulness towards others. They would approach life with hope, encouragement and joy. Additionally, these individuals are enthusiastic and encouraging to others.

If you know a student or staff member who is a role model in showing these characteristics, nominate them today! Please complete this brief form so that we can recognize those going above and beyond in regards to this attribute.

Clinic Message

The WHS Clinic would like to remind all students to stay home if they are feeling ill or exhibiting flu/covid like symptoms. There has been an uptick of students who have been seen in the clinic who did not feel well and were showing flu-like symptoms but came to school regardless. There are a variety of different illnesses and viruses going around and the best way to keep them in check is to stay home to avoid the spread. Thank you.
