Bring Yoga Into Your Life
This introductory Yoga session is ideal for beginners and those wanting to reconnect with the basics of their practice. We will take time out of our busy week to do something lovely for ourselves. Explore basic standing and seated postures, learn proper breathing techniques, correct alignment and relaxation methods. Taught by member and certified Yoga teacher, Jill Barth.
Class will be offered on a continual basis, depending on member response. All levels welcome, members only, please bring your own mat.
$10 per person --- November 14, 2014 --- 11:00 am to Noon -- Clubhouse Basement
