The Big Bang Theory
The Big Bang theory is the theory that the universe begin from a small point in an infinte void then started rapidly expanding.
How light is formed
Light is part of the electromagnetic spectrum, which mean light is a form of energy and energy comes in the forms of waves. Light can be separated into the different classes of visible light using a prism to give us a rainbow effect.
How heavy elements form
Heavier elements are created in the heavy energy flux supernovae, or in the star's core by neutron capture.
The life and death of a star
Astronomers believe that molecular clouds, dense clouds of gas located primarily in the spiral arms of galaxies are the birthplace of stars. Dense regions in the clouds collapse and form "protostars". Initially, the gravitational energy of the collapsing star is the source of its energy. Once the star contracts enough that its central core can burn hydrogen to helium, it becomes a "main sequence" star.
Things that the Big Bang theory consisted of.
Cosmic..Background..Radiation
Cosmic background radiation is electromagnetic radiation from the sky with no discernible source. The origin of this radiation depends on the region of the spectrum that is observed.
Why redshift has something to do with the Big Bang theory.
Redshift is a part of the light spectrum that the plantets and galaxies are moving away from each other. This theory or spectrum was brought up by Edwin Hubble.
Hubbles.....Law
Speaking of Edwin bubbles theory, there is bubbles law. This law states that the galaxies seam to be moving away from us at speeds proportional to their distances.
