The visit also included a tour of Metro Community College’s College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP). Shana reports, "We had a wonderful time in Omaha visiting the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Thank you to the Karen Student Association in Omaha for giving us a warm welcome and providing our students with encouragement to continue their education after graduation." Suzanne Wetzel of the Omaha Migrant Education Program noted, "It was very encouraging for the seniors that attended to see that Karen people can succeed in college.
