Lewisville ISD offers all employees access to an Employee Assistance Plan through UnumProvident’s work-life balance program. When you need help with work, home, personal or family issues, UnumProvident’s work-life balance program is available. There is no charge when you use it. The work-life balance program has consultants who speak Spanish and offers simultaneous translation into more than 140 languages as well as TTY access for hearing-disabled customers.
One toll-free number to UnumProvident’s work-life balance program can help you find solutions to problems. Every call is answered by an experienced, masters-level consultant who can help in a variety of ways, including:
o Personalized searches and referrals
o Online Resources
o Online Financial Calculators
o Face to Face Consultants – If needed, consultants can arrange up to three in-person sessions for you to talk to a counselor at no charge.
o Educational Materials
o Tips-on Tape
o Will Preparation
