What Can We Do to Stay Positive During COVID?

In our current pandemic, it is a reality that it is harder to stay positive. Our lives have changed in so many ways and normal life has become more stressful. It is really important that we find positivity in our lives even during a pandemic. I read an article titled “How to Stay Positive During A Pandemic” found at This article was very helpful at pointing out some ways that may just help us manage some of our stress in our lives. I have listed some of their suggestions.

· Learn a new language.

· Try some new recipes.

· Try yoga.

· Try meditation.

· Get regular exercise.

· Stay connected with family and friends through phone calls or social media.

I hope some of these suggestions will help! Hang in there. We are all in this together.
