Magnetic poles
There are two different poles on a magnet.
- North pole
- South pole
If the pole are alike they repel.
If the poles or opposite they attract.
Unalike poles
Unalike poles attract and are hard to keep them apeart from each other

Alike poles repel and are hard to put together

- Attract iron and materials with iron
- Attract or repel other magnets
- Points north when swinging freely
