Our students were sad that they could not host the annual FHS Veterans Day Breakfast. Although it was not deemed safe this year to host, all veterans were still in our hearts and minds. Chromebooks Fees

Did your 9th or 12th grade student exchange their old chromebook for a new one?


Fees will be charged if your student did not turn in any part of their old chromebook such as the power cable or case. Any missing items or any damage to the old chromebook (such as broken screen, keys missing, etc.) will result in a charge being applied to their student fee account.


Any questions about your students Chromebook can be directed to the HS Tech Depot at hs.techdepot@franklin.k12.wi.us.

Class of 2021 Families

Your future graduate received the following information for the upcoming diploma order:



Hello Class of 2021 - it's time to order your diploma. The Google form offers you the opportunity to select how you want your name printed on the diploma. Your diploma is not a legal document, but a keepsake documenting your completion of high school. FHS does not keep copies of diplomas and when you need proof of graduation (for employers or secondary schools) you will request a high school transcript.


The FHS diploma should list your first and last name. Do you have a middle name? Do you want your middle name listed? An option could be no middle name listed, or perhaps just the first initial of your middle name.


Please put your name choice on the line below. Note that your name choice will also be featured in the program for the 2021 Commencement.


Submit this form by December 1st.


**If you do not submit this form, your name will be listed on the diploma as it is currently listed in PowerSchool. For questions, contact Sue Bollis in the office.


This information was emailed to the Class of 2021 as a google form. Students fill in their name and once submitted it is electronically sent to a diploma order form. They have until the end of the month to submit. Please encourage your student to submit soon.

Thursday & Friday, November 26th & 27th - no classes - Happy Thanksgiving

Monday, November 30th - Staff Professional Development, no classes

2021-2022 Future Schedule Planning

The future scheduling process for 2021-2022 will be underway shortly. Students will once again use Xello Course Planner to request courses and alternates, and all students in grades 9-11 will view a more detailed presentation regarding the course request process the first week of December. A parent/guardian informational letter will be emailed home around the same time. Because our process is paperless, we request that all students discuss their choices with their parent/guardian PRIOR to submitting them on the Xello Course Planner.


Additional future planning information, including departmental offerings, a complete list of all offered courses, and the full ACP Course Guide with detailed descriptions and prerequisites (updated 2021-2022 guide to be added soon) can be found on the FHS School Counseling "Choosing Courses" page here. All students MUST submit their requests on Xello by Friday, December 18.

School Pictures

All students who had their photo taken in the last few weeks were handed a postcard that had ordering instructions. If the card was mis-placed, you can contact customer service to receive your student's code at 262-780-2901 or customerservice@schoolandsportpics.com


Parents will be emailed once the images are available online for viewing/ordering (and this email will include your student's code). This will be about 2-3 weeks after the picture day.


Did your student miss picture days? We will be scheduling another picture day - probably in early December. Watch future Weekly Bulletins for information.

FHS Winter Sports

Is your student interested in joining any of our winter sports listed below? Please make sure to complete your students online athletic registration. If you have already created an account please login to your existing account to begin a new registration.


Girls Basketball, Boys Basketball, Bowling, Hockey, Gymnastics, Boys Swim & Dive, Wrestling


Please note that all winter sports practices and scheduled events are tentative and will likely change frequently. FHS and the SEC Conference may have strict limitations for fan attendance (or no fan attendance) for all sports and activities.


Fees for winter sports will be added to your student account approximately two weeks after the season begins. Coaches will reach out to families who register shortly with next steps and all athletics and activities families will be added to the weekly department newsletter.
