USA is one of the leading countries for obesity, now a days it is easier to get a cheeseburger than a healthy salad, but this fly is to motivate you into getting that salad.


Make sure to chart your progress, it'll boost your self esteem when you're seeing how much weight you've lost!

Buy a shirt of the size you want to be when you start, it is motivation to fit into the shirt!

Chart what you're eating, it'll help you keep track of the calories you're eating and what you should/ shouldn't be eating!

Have a buddy that's doing it with you! That way y'all can be doing it together and motivate each other and you don't have to do it by yourself.
