Enterprise Express
November 2017
Well, October was a splendid month – the weather was great and we had some amazing things happening at our school. We have been working on having our students be resilient learners through problem solving. As we move into the fall/winter months, we will continue to give our students opportunities to be collaborative, innovative learners. We are going to continue to foster a love of learning with our students. Dr. Jean Clinton, a child psychologist, spoke to a large group of educators last Friday, during our P.A.day. She spoke about the importance of the work we do in meeting our students' social and emotional needs. Our job is to help prepare them to learn, and students are not able to learn to the best of their ability unless they are socially and emotionally ready.
Remembering...
Mr. Pelow's class will lead us in a Remembrance Day service on Friday, November 10th at 10:30 a.m. Please feel free to join us if you are available.
THANK YOU
To our parents, students, community members and staff members for supporting our cheese fundraiser. We made a profit of approximately $300 to put towards student activities!
Learning at Enterprise
We are excited to welcome the Get Fresh, Get Going program to EPS for November and December. This is a partnership between the Loving Spoonful and the YMCA to help students learn about healthy eating and being active.
Eagles Soar!
Our senior soccer team had a great time at the tournament at Newburgh in October, and represented the school very well! We're very proud of your efforts.
Welcome...
