In a partnership with St. Luke's, see the many activities for your family below. Check out Richland's virtual Library Card Drive. Cards will be delivered right to school!

Congratulations to our February Leaders of the Month and First in Math Grand Champions!

BUCKS COUNTY LIBRARY CARD DRIVE 2/20-3/3

From February 20th to March 3rd, the Bucks County Free Library will be running a Virtual

Library Card Drive. You can visit all 7 branches in person or take advantage of some great digital

resources right from home.

The digital resources are completely free with your library card. Watch movies and TV shows on

your smart TV with Hoopla. Enjoy books and audiobooks on your e-reader, tablet, or smart

phone with CloudLibrary. Get homework help from live tutors on Brainfuse HelpNow. Find

helpful facts, articles, and photos for school assignments by searching through the many kid-

safe resources in Power Kids.

Here's how to register your child for a library card:

1. Click on this link to go to the online library card application for students:

Bucks County Free Library Card

2. Enter the password: $choolYear2022

3. Fill out the application with your child's information. If you have more than one child,

fill out a separate application for each child. Students ages 14+ can fill out their applications.

4. The library will set up your child(ren)'s library card account(s). You'll get an e-mail with the account information as soon as the account is ready. This means you can

start using it right away, even before you have the physical card.

5. After the drive has ended, your child will receive their physical library card from your

school librarian, Mr. Nagle.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION UPDATE FROM MR. KEMMERER

VOLLEYBALL IN PE

Over the next few weeks, students will start playing Volleyball in PE. Students will learn basic volleyball skills that they can utilize in a game like the bump and set. Our third through fifth grade students will eventually participate in a volleyball game. Kindergarten through second grade will focus on hand-eye coordination activities and practice hitting the volleyball and keeping a ball in the air with a partner. We have a lot of fun, physically active games and activities for students to work on over the next few weeks in volleyball!

RICHLAND RUNNERS COMING SOON!

Look out for running club information coming out soon for our 3rd – 5th grade students. Richland Runners is an after school running program that usually lasts 4-6 weeks and focuses on students exercising and being healthy. Students will set running goals and try to reach them each session and have fun doing it. We will also play fun PE themed games during Richland Runners sessions.
