1 - Safety
2 - Instruction
3 - Student Engagement
4 - Staff Quality
5 - Families and Community
6 - Technology
7 - Operations
Be sure to submit your feedback by March 19, 2023. This survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete. All information you provide will be kept confidential by Hanover Research.

MENTAL HEALTH
Taking care of our health is of the utmost importance. While AUSD benefits include mental health services, finding providers is challenging. However, it's important to remember that we also have access to the following Employee Assistance Programs, which offer all employees free services.
LifeKeys services provided by Lincoln Financial Group
EASE program provided by LACOE
As always, if you have questions regarding your benefits or charges with Blue Shield or Kaiser, email Angie Heredia in Risk Management for support.
CALM SLEEP STORIES
Sleep quality affects many areas of mental wellness. Calm sleep stories can help you fall asleep, get a restful night of sleep, and stay asleep. 56% of Calm users use these unique Sleep Stories to drift off.
Have you signed up for your free CTA Calm subscription? The Calm mobile app is available to all CTA members (active and retired) at no cost. Log into ctamemberbenefits.org/calm to register for your free subscription.
SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOLS WORKSHOP
The Asian Pacific Islander Forward Movement (APIFM) Sustainable SGV programs are working to create safer and healthier communities in Alhambra and Monterey Park. They recently had a community walk around Fremont Elementary to look at ways to improve safety for students getting to school.
After generating a report from that community walk, they developed a Place It! workshop (see flyer below) with urban planner and artist James Rojas for residents to collaborate on identifying changes that would promote safer streets and a healthier environment.
