A project life cycle will have 5 phases these 5 are the initiating Process, Planning Process, Executing Process, Monitoring and controlling process, and the Process
Defining and production spesification
This is the first stage and this is when the product is in development.This stage is crucial in getting everything right before the launch and can last years depending on the product.

this stage is next in the sequence this is after you have got a product . This stage is used to collect information collect information for the product.
In this phase this is where you collect information and knowledge about what you need to complete the product within what the project can offer.
Planning and Desingin
in this stage you will start to create time scales such as Gantt charts for the project and identify what resources are needed for each segment.
Also checkpoints milestones and deadlines will be set too to make sure that the product is correctly done. And the process will be set into segments to plan it more clearly.
Implmeting
In this stage you will carry out the project according the the plans and you will make adjustments base on real time information.
Completing and Reviewing
This is the final stage of the project and this is where the project is complete and then all the activities are reviewed to make sure that everything is completed.
Then the outcome will be assets and they will be an evaluation produced from this.
