Reflection Corner: Ordinary Time
Welcome to Ordinary Time! As we pick up the ordinariness of our human life on this January day, with the celebrations behind us and Easter still distant, we can cling to the awareness that the mercy and compassion of God is made evident in the actions of a very ordinary day – because Jesus, our brother and our Lord is present in all things and at all times.
Prayer: Loving God, may the excitement and wonder of the beginning of Jesus’ ministry keep our faith and hope alive and make our encounter with everyone extraordinary. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.
