Inner City Challenges
Inner-City neighborhoods have relatively high rate of crimes and also they have problems with drugs. Sometimes there is high poverty rates and lots of inadequate workers. There can be lots of homeless people. Sometimes there is a lack of people who will provide the services.

Gentrification
Middle class people move into deteriorated inner city neighborhoods and renovate the housing. It happens a lot in inner city areas. Most people have to get low cost loans because it can end up costing as much as a brand new place.
