Feldenkrais Teacher, Jane Johnston, is coming to South Hill to introduce the Feldenkrais Method! Jane has been teaching Feldenkrais classes since 2003 and has an active practice in the Berryville, Winchester and Leesburg area of Virginia. She will guide us through several Awareness through Movement lessons that will help us reclaim our vitality and improve our movements.
