First Marking Period Ends on November 10th

The marking period will end on the 10th and report cards will be distributed to students on November 30th, after Thanksgiving break. Encourage your students to turn in any missing assignments to their teachers. We want everyone to be successful and achieve their potential. You can check their current grades on home access. If you do not have your home access login please email for a password reset.

REMINDER: Each student received a district assigned chrome book for their educational use. Students are required to bring their chrome books to school every day. Teachers are using them in the classroom as part of their daily instruction.

If a student needs to replace a damaged chrome book they can bring it to the library and we will exchange it for a new one.

Dress Code Reminders

Please remind your students to dress properly for school. The weather is getting colder and we need our Bus Riders to dress warmer for school if they have to wait for the bus in the morning. We understand that it is cold but students cannot wear hats, hoods or scarves/bandanas in school. We have reminded the students daily about the rules. Moving forward we will begin issuing detentions to students who are not complying with the rules. The same applies to crop tops or cut t-shirts where the midriff is showing. We are still addressing this issue with many of our young ladies and some men. Finally, ripped jeans must-have tights underneath or they will be asked to change. We need your support in this matter as it takes away from learning time.

Important Information Regarding Mount Pleasant Phone Lines

Reminder our phone lines continue to experience difficulties. Verizon has been working on the problem for a week and still is encountering challenges. Please email if you cannot reach anyone in the front office.

The Harvard Graduate School of Education and Panorama Education launched a first-of-its-kind collaboration to develop a valid and reliable survey tool to measure student perceptions of teaching and learning. The survey will be administered to our students on Monday, November 15th during period 2 classes.
