Genealogy and Local History Coordinator, Lillian Wingate will review how to use the ancestry.com website in its updated format and will show the difference between the Library version and the paid subscription. Sign up to reserve your space.

Join us in our series on becoming an effective and well-rounded adult. What could be more basic or grown up than filing your taxes? Come learn how! How to file taxes and tips will be instructed by Councilman Sam Lee Jones!

Collecting canned and dry goods ( no expired, dented items accepted) for dogs/cats & people.

$1.00 credit for each edible item OR a flat $5 credit for bags of pet food 3.5 lbs or more.

Credit for fines only, not lost item charges!


BOOK-TO-MOVIE BOOK CLUB: “THE HELP”– Monday, February 13th at 6PM

POETRY SLAM/SOUL FOOD FEST – Tuesday, February 21 at 6:00 PM

Feed the mind and feed the soul. A poetry slam is a place where you can express your voice through any form of art. Sign up to perform. Food will be served to all attendees. Sign up a must! Deadline February 18th.
