A new 6 week course can teach you to practice mindfulness and how this practice can help you manage stress, which comes in many forms.
We will meet Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30, February 24th-March 30th
We will learn by experiencing mindfulness skills together, sharing our experience and learning how to make life easier.
