Anime
How it has gone worldwide
Foundation/Founder
In Japan after World War II, Osamu Tezuka released his first work Shintakarajima also known as "New Treasure Island". When he was younger, he was a fan of Walt Disney's early animations. A lot of people were impressed by his original style. When he released Tetsuwan Atomu (Astro Boy), he was pronounced "Father of Anime and Manga". He later on managed to established his own production company, "Mushi Productions" in 1962. His characters exploded with life and emotion, and his stories would unfold themselves in hundreds of pages! By 1963, Astro Boy crossed international borders and was premiered all over NBC stations in the U.S., becoming successful with American audiences!
Anime Now
Anime now is a big success. It has gone worldwide! It started from Japan to the U.S., and all over the world, such as India, Spain, etc.... And people eventually came up with "subbed" and "dubbed" anime, so people who didn't speak Japanese could understand what they're saying. Anime is fascinating! It's in all different genre's such as action, fantasy, romance, you name it! In fact, it's so fascinating that people have even learned how to draw anime! That is how anime became worldwide!
