Sahel
Sahel is a semiarid region between the sahara to the north, and savannas to the south. The sahel has long grass, natural pasture, and tall trees such as the baobab, and the acacia. It has animals such as camel, pack ox, grazing cattle, and sheep. It gets lots of rain each year, but other than that it's mostly dry. And it's a great place to get your sand surf on!
NIle River
The Nile is the longest river in the world, running at 4,160 miles from central Africa to a delta on the Mediterranean. It flows through parts of Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and Zaire. It's an important source of hydroelectric power, and it's waters help parts of Egypt and 20% of Sudan's crops. Also they have great sites such as the Abu Simbel, And the Temple of Karnak.
Mediterranean Sea
The Mediterranean is the worlds largest inland sea. Surrounded by Europe, Africa, And Asia. It covers about 965,000 Square miles of land. There are close to 400 species of fish living in it. It connects with the Atlantic Ocean, the Red Sea, The Black Sea, The Sea of Marmara, And the Bospourous. Plus, It has 24 sight seeing tours, and the Antalya Archaeological Museum.
Madagascar!
It is located in the Indian ocean. The fourth largest island in the world. It's overwhelmingly agricultural. It's separated from the east African coast by the Mozambique channel. It's made up of a highland plateau, which is now deforested. And they have fantastic beaches.
