Solution-Focused Counseling
"Counseling is a professional relationship that empowers diverse individuals, families, and groups to accomplish mental health, wellness, education, and career goals."
ACA 20/20
Counseling can be an opportunity for young adults to talk with a supportive individual about current challenges and future solutions. Our services are offered on a quarterly basis by masters level counseling students and supervised by counseling faculty. In four to six sessions, you might focus on current goals in school, in relationships, or on your future career. Counseling is strength-based and collaborative and seeks to empower individuals to determine solutions to the current challenges they are facing.
