Physical Apperance, Size, and Life Span

Giraffes are the tallest mammals. Their legs soar up to 6 feet tall. Their legs help them run up to 35 mph ! Giraffes use their long necks to reach up to the tall trees. Giraffes togues are about 21 inches long, which also helps them reach evn higher to get food. They can weigh anywhere from 1750 pounds to 2800 pounds. 

Diet and Behavior

 Giraffes are pretty social and usually live in groups up to 10 or 15 giraffews. Although giraffes have been seen in groups of 70 giraffes. Their life span is around 25 years. The giraffes diet is mostly leaves and grass. Giraffes are found in grasslands, woodlands, and savannahs, generally dry areas. Giraffes are often hunted for their skin, meat, and tail.  In Niger, consurvation systems are a priority in East Africa.
