Function: long term energy storage, cell membranes, insulation

Elements: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen

Sub-units: amino acids

Function: storage, structure, signal, contraction, defense, enzyme, transport

Nucleic Acids

Elements: Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Phosphorus

Sub-units: Nucleotides

Funtion: our heredity information, has information to help cell make proteins
