his early life
he was born on January 30 1882 in Hyde park. he went to Groton School for boys. he married his cousin Eleanor Roosevelt. he was a new York senator at age 28.
the obstical he over came
he over came polio. it was hard because a president is supposed to look strong and people with disability's back then weren't respected. how he overcame polio was by grabbing on to an arm of someone to look like he was walking, and not giving up.
