Milk gives me a split on life!

Milk gives me a split on life! Milk has minerals that are important while doing my sport. It also contains protein that helps build muscle. As an eleven year old, milk is especially important for my bones. This allows me to do cartwheels, flips, and splits. Milk provides the nutrients I need to be the best I can be at my sport, and that’s why I drink milk!
