HALO HIGHLIGHT
As Assistant Principal, the best part of any school day is interacting with and watching students while they learn. This past week during Photography I with Ms. Liz Mueller, students were capturing action shots with their cameras and water balloons. There are not many things better to a teenager than being allowed to use a cell phone camera on a beautiful Friday as part of a lesson! As the students captured amazing photos, I was able to witness the joy of learning. If only I would have been able to capture pictures of their faces as we burst balloons in various ways. The laughter and sheer joy remind me of the scripture from Isaiah 12:3 that reads, “With joy you shall draw water from the spring of salvation.” My goal and prayer are that St. Louis Catholic High School will always be a place where there is joy in learning.
God Bless,
Mia Orgeron
Assistant Principal
Parent Volunteers Needed for Open House Tours
We are looking for proud St. Louis Catholic parents to accompany our Saints Ambassadors as they give tours during Open House on Nov. 28 from 5-7 p.m. We know you as parents, along with our staff, alumni and students, are an incredible source of unique perspectives and helpful insights for future Saints families, so we hope you will join us to shine a bright light on our wonderful school at Open House.
Please contact Director of Admissions Heather Ieyoub to volunteer. St. Louis Catholic alumni are especially encouraged to participate in this new endeavor.
RenWeb Rebrand
Four years ago, RenWeb was acquired by another company called FACTS, and in October they launched a new website and rebranded the RenWeb company to the FACTS name.
What does this mean for you?
The way you log into your accounts will not change (whether in ParentsWeb or on the RenWeb Home app). Your usernames and passwords will remain the same.
You can still log into the RenWeb Home app, although you may see new colors and logos in the app.
If you currently go to RenWeb.com to access ParentsWeb, you will be able to continue doing so for a time, but you’ll want to start making the switch and logging in at FACTSMgt.com.
There are additional login instructions on the Parent Resources sheet that FACTS provided. It’s available here.
If the name RenWeb is going away, are any other names going away?
Yes, but FACTS is taking a methodical process to the product name changes. The RenWeb Home app will continue to be called the RenWeb Home app. You can search “RenWeb Home” in the App Store or Google Play to find it.
The name ParentsWeb will be changing to FACTS Family Online. However, you will still log in using the same credentials at FACTSMgt.com, and you will still use it the same way once you’ve logged in. See this sheet for more details.
