Schedule for Tonight:

The Forum will also be televised on Verizon channel 47 and Comcast channel 8.

Information Regarding Changing Cohorts

Effective April 26th, Hudson High School will adjust its learning model in alignment with the expectations of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). The learning model options will be five day in-person learning or five day remote learning ONLY through the last day of school on June 18th, 2021. This survey provides you the last opportunity to request a switch of your child's learning model before the end of the school year.

*** If your student is already in cohort A, B, or C and you wish for them to come to school 5 days per week, you DO NOT have to fill out this survey. Please note that, starting April 26, there is NO OPTION to have students attend school in-person two days per week: either Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday.

*** If your student is already in cohort D (remote learning) and you want them to remain there, you DO NOT have to fill out this survey.

*** You only need to complete this survey if you are requesting a change in learning models.

  • This request will remain in effect for the remainder of the school year (until June 18, 2021)
  • If you request a change to full-remote learning or in-person learning, your child may not have the same teacher to whom he or she is currently assigned, and, depending on their current elective courses, the student may require a different elective if transitioning to full remote learning. Once final cohort assignments are established, student schedules and teacher assignments will not change for the remainder of the school year.
  • Per DESE guidance, in-person proximities in the classrooms may range from 3-6 feet.
  • It is the district’s intent to bring as many HS students as feasible back to school full-time before the end of the school year.

All protocols for sanitization of our schools will continue to be deployed during the day and during the night shifts.

All mitigating protocols to prevent the spread of the virus (mask wearing, hand sanitizing, social distancing) will continue to be a priority in our schools.

All requests are subject to the District's ability to reallocate personnel resources. When/if requests are granted, further information will be provided to you. We hope to provide as much notice as feasible.

***Please DO NOT fill out the survey form if you are NOT requesting a change in your child's learning model.

Note: The HHS Parent Survey for Changing Cohorts will close on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 5:00 pm.

How to Get Student Technology Support

HPS Technology Device Repair Form

If a student is experiencing technical issues with a district-issued device, students/parents must fill out this online repair form.

After filling out the online repair form, the student/family must bring the device to their school’s main office. The Technology Department will pick up the device, conduct an evaluation, repair the device, and send an email to the student/family when the device can be picked up from the main office of the student’s school.

Aspen Account Issues

If parents/students are experiencing problems with their Aspen Account, they should send an email to aspenhelp@hudson.k12.ma.us.

Google ID Account Issues

Problems with a student's Google ID, please send an email to chromebook_rts@hudson.k12.ma.us. Questions concerning the repair status of a student's device can also be emailed to this same email address.

Class Dues

Hudson High School students in grades 9-12 are assessed annual class dues. Dues are collected annually, rather than in one lump sum in senior year, to help families better manage expenses such as graduation caps and gowns and yearbooks which are not included in the school department budget.

Class dues have been set at $35.00 for freshmen, sophomores and juniors and $40 for seniors. Class dues payments can be paid with a credit card on your child's MySchoolBucks account or by submitting a check made payable to Hudson High School to the appropriate class treasurer or advisor. Please be sure to include your child's name and YOG in the memo section if paying by check.
