Running Club!

Calling all Runners and even non Runners!!! Running Club is starting soon, and we would love for you to be a part of it!!

Running club is a long “running tradition” done by every elementary school in the district! It promotes healthy exercise and community! Coach Winn runs a great program, and would love for this to be an opportunity for you and your family!

There is no need to be a professional runner, you just need to be someone who is willing to come and enjoy time with your student!! If your student wants to run, but running isn’t an option for the parent/guardian, then a community member and/or staff member is a wonderful option for your student!

The running club has two HUGE opportunities to be a part of this year. Soaring Wings is hosting Kids Run for Kids in October that we will take part in and our Running Club 5K will be held in December. An event that takes place each year in coordination with Springhill, Westside, and Wooster. Although these events are not mandatory, they are a great way to celebrate all of the hard work that will have taken place!

Dress Code!

Please be mindful of the student dress code for students in grades 3-5. Students who are in violation of dress code will be asked to change and parents will be notified. You can find the dress code link below!
