Reminder: All District 41 schools are closed this Friday, March 1 for Institute Day.

Safety Session TOMORROW at Hadley

District 41 and the Glen Ellyn Police Department will again host a special safety session for parents on Thursday, February 28, 7 p.m. at Hadley Junior High School. This is the second session offered to talk about new “Run.Hide.Fight” messaging and training that will take place in all District 41 schools. Please attend this important meeting to learn more and have a conversation about safety in schools.

'SEUSSICAL Jr.' AT HADLEY THIS WEEKEND

Hadley Theatre Arts presents the musical 'Seussical Jr.' this weekend at Hadley Junior High. The show is based on children's stories created by Dr. Seuss including 'Horton Hears A Who!' and many others. Thank you to all the volunteers who are helping to make 'Seussical' a success!

Band Students Rehearse with Dr. Peter Griffin

Hadley 8th Grade Band students participated in a 5-hour rehearsal workshop with Dr. Peter Griffin, Music Department Chair and Professor of Music at Elmhurst College. Dr. Griffin also brought students from the collegiate music education program to sit in with the 8th grade students and offer praise and feedback. The clinic helps prepare the students for their performance at the Northern Illinois Music Conference (NIMCon) Organizational Festival. The Hadley 8th Grade Festival Band will perform at 11:40 a.m. on Saturday, March 9 at Hawthorn Middle School South in Vernon Hills.

‘Mardi Gras’ to Benefit Hadley PTA

Come celebrate a 'Mardi Gras' parent social to benefit the Hadley PTA on Fat Tuesday, March 5. The benefit is from 7 to 10 p.m. at Maize+Mash, 430 N. Main St. in Glen Ellyn. Hadley PTA will receive 5% of all food and beverage sales from 5:30 p.m. til close if you mention Hadley PTA or bring the printout from the PTA website HERE.
