New Albany High School

Bi-Weekly Update - December 12, 2022

Midterm Exam Schedule

Starting on Wednesday, December 14th, the high school will utilize our Midterm Exam Schedule posted below. We want to take this opportunity to highlight specific expectations for our students during midterm exams.

Students are expected to attend their designated exam periods unless they have a study center or opt out at the beginning or end of the day. Once students arrive for the day, they are not permitted to leave and come back for a later exam. Students are expected to stay on campus until the conclusion of all of their exams for that day.

As part of this schedule, the high school will dismiss early at the conclusion of exams each day. Students may remain on campus to take a make-up exam or wait in the Jefferson room for their afternoon bus route at 2:15pm. Lunch will be available for all students that stay on campus.

If a student misses an exam, the student should contact the teacher directly to organize a time in which the exam can be completed. Make-up exam times are included each day.

SAT Preparation - Next Level Prep

Exclusively for New Albany High School students, we are partnering with Next Level Prep to provide SAT Preparation on Monday, February 13 from 7:45 a.m. to 2:25 p.m.

Student School Fees Due

High School student fees for the 2022-2023 school year have been loaded to student Power School accounts. School fees will include a student agenda/handbook, Turnitin, and Technology fees. Your student may also have consumables fees and PSAT and AP test fees. All fees are due now and payment can be made online at PaySchoolsCentral or mail a check made payable to the New Albany High School to:

New Albany High School

Attn: Business Office

7600 Fodor Road

New Albany, Ohio, 43054

If paying online at PaySchoolsCentral, please be sure you are clicking on "Fees" and not school "Lunches". The PaySchoolsCentral app defaults to lunches so you will need to choose fees so that when you pay, you aren't adding money to the lunch account.
