Hickory Creek Bookfair
The FSP/Scholastic Fall Book Fair at Hickory Creek is October 7th-10th! The FSP needs your help to run the fair.
The Book Fair is held in the main hall outside the library at Hickory Creek. Students are coming in to shop with their classes Monday, October 7th- Thursday, October 10th (no school on Friday, October 11th). The sign ups are divided into several time slots throughout the day, along with the corresponding advisory teachers and hours. Double check with your student for the date and time they will be attending- classes will be coming to the book fair with their math class/advisory time in most instances.
Book Fair Volunteers are needed throughout the week to assist with set up & tear down, assistance with check out, returning unwanted books to the correct location, and ringing out students purchases at the cash register.
If you have any questions about the Hickory Creek Fall Book Fair and volunteering, please contact Monica Delage at monibur@yahoo.com

Scholastic Bookfair is using E-Wallet this year!
How do I access my printable eWallet student scan sheet?
Answer
After logging in to your Chairperson's Toolkit, scroll down the At A Glance page to the eWallet section and click the link to view your Student Roster. From here you can print your scan sheet, which includes a bar code for each eWallet. Remember, parents may add or remove eWallets at any time, so be sure you print a new scan sheet each day. Your Toolkit will always show the latest balance and transaction history in real time
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of funds that can be loaded to an eWallet?
Answer
There is a $10 minimum in order to set up an account. There is no maximum amount.
How does a cashier process a Book Fair eWallet transaction?
Answer
eWallets can be scanned from a printed eWallet barcode or a printed eWallet scan sheet. They can also be looked up on the EasyScan2 at the book fair using the student's name, grade, or teacher. Students are not required to present their eWallet to a cashier.
How am I charged for Book Fair eWallet purchases?
Answer
A preauthorization charge will appear on your credit card account in the amount selected as the eWallet spending limit. Parents will only be charged for what is purchased at the fair (up to the spending limit they selected). Any unspent funds will be released back to the credit card after the fair ends.

We are the 157c Parent Teacher Organization. We are non-profit. We provide free family events as well as parent support, teacher appreciation, assembly funds, and curriculum enrichment. All parents with students in 157c are encouraged to help us. We can only do as much as we can with the volunteers that help.
