May Edition: CST Updates, Curriculum Updates & Summer PD

Last week, the state submitted a waiver to discontinue the administration of the STAR Science CST. They are confident that this waiver will be passed by the federal government. This means that the Science CST WILL NOT be administered in grades 5, 8 and 10 in the Spring of 2017.

However, all students in grades 5, 8, and in high school (specific grade unknown at this time), will take the NGSS pilot assessment in the Spring of 2017.
