Happy Fall, Eastern Heights Families~
October is here and fall is on its way! There is a lot going on this month so please be sure to check the important dates, directly below. Our 2nd Annual Campus Boo Thru, conferences, and a popcorn fundraiser are all on the calendar. We will end the month with the Scholastic Book Fair.
Fall conferences will be held from 3:30 - 8pm on Thursday, October 26th and November 2nd. Keep an eye on your email and in Class Dojo for the sign up link, which will be sent to all families next week. Please remember that you must make an appointment with the classroom teacher.
Picture Day information will be coming home with your student so be sure to look for that. The pre-order link can be found below.
Talk to your students about our 3 Bees ~ they can tell you what the 3 Bees are and how they practice them everyday.

Please take time to read Mrs. Becka's update, which recognizes October as National Bullying Prevention Month.
Fall conferences will be held on Thursday, October 26th and Thursday, November 2nd from 3:30-8pm. The conference sign up link will be sent home the week of October 9th via email and will also be available on Dojo. We love to meet our families so please be sure to use the link to sign up with your student's classroom teacher.
Popcorn Fundraiser Information
It's Book Fair Time
We are excited to, once again, be holding the Scholastic Book Fair. The Fair will run from Monday, October 30 through Friday, November 3rd. The Fair will be open the evening of conferences on November 2nd for family shopping. All Eastern Heights Elementary families are invited to shop that evening.
Individual classrooms will visit the Book Fair so be on the lookout for details from your student's classroom teacher.
We will be working with PTO on parent volunteers. If you have a couple of hours to help, we truly appreciate it. More information to come.
EASTERN HEIGHTS CAMPUS TRAFFIC
Thank you for following our campus traffic rules and helping us keep our students & staff at arrival and dismissal. A few reminders:
- Please use crosswalks when walking your children to & from the building
- Refrain from cell phone use while driving on the ring road
- Drop-off & pickup your student using the spaces between the 2 orange cones directly in front of the building
