P.O.P. Power of Positive
- Thank you to our PBIS committee members who are collaboratively working to make our systems even stronger. Together we build a great program at Standard Elem!
- Shout-Out to our PTA volunteers! Not only do they count pennies, sort See's candy, and prep for Spaghetti Feed and the Carnival, but our board was recognized for their great work on family engagement by District 7 PTA.
- As we gear up for Spring Break, remember to take time to do something you really enjoy. Read a book, go for a walk, watch a movie. Give yourself time to relax and enjoy the spring days!
- Have you shared a shout-out POP by the boxes? Who needs some special recognition?
~Susan
PBIS RockSTAR Focus
Our PBIS focus is: Hallways
Show this walking in the halls video during breakfast this week.
Talking Points with students:
- Why is it important that all students follow the rules?
- What do we do when someone chooses not to follow the rules?
- What rules do we see that students do not follow the most?
- How can we make our hallways safer?
