All Day Planning This Week - Be prepared.
During the All-Day Planning Day:
a) Take time to review data from the previous unit tests. Record - chart, and analyze student mastery levels on the data wall.
b) Analyze success rates teacher by teacher, so that you can learn from areas of strengths.
c) Bring a copy of the unit test questions - and have them in hand to review item analysis for spiral review lesson segments.
d) Lavina will be available to assist with instructional calendar, and resources on Wed-Friday. She will share a copy of the calendar digitally.
e) Student data sheets will be in your box on Monday, ready for you to update with info from the unit test, and report card grade information. These sheets will be filed in our data notebook and discussed in meetings with Ms. Echols in an Accountability Meeting.
Monday - 4th Grade
Tuesday - 3rd Grade
Wednesday - 2nd Grade
Thursday - 1st Grade
Friday - Kindergarten
