Report Card Info
Report cards are published and accessible! Please log in to your Harmony to see your report card. We will not be mailing first-semester report cards (SMS will mail a copy of the year-end report card to all parents and guardians in June.)
If you have any questions about the grades that appear, please contact your classroom teacher. If you think there is an error, investigate it!
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility for sports and clubs is based on quarter grades. Eligibility for the next few weeks of activity are based on the Quarter 2 grades (not the semester grade.) If a student has one F on the quarter 2 report card, that student cannot do games/competitions/performances but can attend practices or meetings. If a student has more than one F for the quarter, that student cannot do games/competitions/performances OR practices/meetings.
A student that loses full eligibility can restore full eligibility by having all passing grades at the next mid-term (mid-February). Students that have eligibility issues will be notified by Mr. Smith.

Welcome, Ms. Williamson!
Miss Williamson is a senior at Hanover College. She is a history major and is pursuing both Secondary and Special Education. Miss Williamson is extremely involved in philanthropy and service through her sorority, and is on the Executive Board for the Riley Dance Marathon at Hanover College. She is also a Learning Center tutor and a caretaker for a boy with special needs. After graduation, Miss Williamson plans on attending law school to become a child advocate attorney. Her main goal is to make an impact on the lives of children, providing a voice for those who may not have one. Working in a law firm and having many different experiences working with children, such as AVID tutoring, and being a teacher-therapist at Englishton Park Academic Remediation and Training Center, has helped to equip her with ideas and understanding for working with students. She is excited to bring her passion, knowledge, and love for helping others to SMS. A fun fact about Miss Williamson is that she will be studying education in England this spring.
Welcome to SMS! We are glad that you are here!

Watch for that text on Wednesday and respond YES if you want your number added to the text system. You may want to notify your emergency contact friends/family about this upcoming text so they are prepared when they receive their opt-in messages!
