HR Manager at Israel Tech Challenge (ITC)
Israel Tech Challenge (ITC) opens the door for talented professionals from Israel and around the world to accelerate their careers in technology while focusing on the most in-demand skills in global tech such as data science, computer vision, cyber security and full stack web development. ITC offers its participants both training and job placement in top tech companies, along with strong networking in the Israeli tech community. To date, ITC introduced over 500 graduates to the hi-tech industry from over 20 countries.
You will be reporting to he Head of Operations and work with the the executive team to devise successful organizational development strategies and ensure our teams are well prepared to meet our goals. Your primary responsibility will be to own all aspects of HR Management at ITC including but not limited to recruiting, retention, and development of outstanding talent. You will build systems to measure, reinforce, and reward cultural alignment, as well as feedback mechanisms to identify when teams or individuals are not aligned. Additional projects and responsibilities include:
Partnering with team leaders to design and implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure people are a key source of competitive advantage.
Owning ITC’s growth plans and meaningfully contribute to the addition of new headcount both at the executive and junior levels.
Developing a roadmap to build a foundational HR strategy for ITC.
Building and analyzing reports relating to employee data that can be used to improve both areas of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Working with the executive team to devise, implement, and improve the annual hiring plan taking current client engagements and business performance into consideration.
Evaluating and improving onboarding/offboarding and assimilation programs.
Identifying opportunities to enhance talent review and succession processes.
Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Day-to-day processing and filing paperwork on job applicants and employees.
3 to 5 years of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience in high growth environments with a preference for experience in startups.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience driving talent acquisition strategies and owning the recruitment process.
Ability to work with members of the team at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Finance, Business, or Management required. Master an advantage.
Strong people skills with a confident attitude, ability to sell a concept and push an agenda.
Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
