A Message from Mr. Bennett
Leaders,
Common Assessment #2 will occur this week. I am eager to learn how our students have moved from six weeks one to six weeks two. To communicate clear expectations around the assessment timeframe, please remember the following:
- Common Assessment results must be uploaded no later than the EOD on Friday, November 2. The district will pull the data for reports at that time. The AP's/CIC will also create data sheets for the purpose of completing a SWOT analysis
- Data meetings based on the specific common assessment results should occur beginning the end of this week and early next week.
- Instruction is expected to occur before and after assessments in the situation where the assessment does not take up the class period. Each instructional moment is precious and should be treated as such.
We will be engaging in an in-depth tiering process based on a variety of campus data. Our tiering documents should reflect first and second common assessment data along with any other data points.
Here's to a great week of teaching and learning! Please reach out should you have any questions.
Leadership Matters!
Mr. Bennett
