How can I help my child expand their Spanish skills at home?

Dia de los Muertos
Pan de Muertos
Students have asked me about the "Bread of the Dead". It is super delicious and can be fun for kids to make (math, reading, and science practice in one). Here is a recipe for you.
If orange zest is a problem, you can skip it or replace it with lemon. Orange blossom water can be replaced with vanilla, or orange flavoring (only 1/2 teaspoon).

The chocolate mentioned in many sources can be purchased at most Krogers in SE Michigan. Nestle produces the Abuelita brand. I recommend the tablets over the instant packets.
