Work HARD! Dream BIG! Believe in YOURSELF! Never GIVE UP!

Volume 2 - Issue 23 - February 3, 2020

Message from the Principal

Good evening Cavaliers,

Every year, each school in the Sweetwater District elects a Teacher of the Year that will compete for the opportunity to represent our District in the San Diego County Teacher of the Year program. Since 1974 the San Diego County Office of Education has recognized teachers from the 42 public school districts in San Diego County.

This year, our Science Teacher Ms. Tina Tom will have the opportunity to represent CVM as our Teacher of the Year and will have an opportunity to represent the Sweetwater District at the San Diego County Teacher of the Year competition. Ms. Tom is an amazing teacher who leads by example, holding students to high standards and providing the scaffolding and support they each need to reach their full potential.

CVM is very proud of Ms. Tom and we would like to congratulate her and wish her the best on her quest to become one of San Diego County's teachers of the year.

Congratulations Ms. Tom!!

Thank you for your hard work, dedication and remember;

At CVM we work HARD, we dream BIG, we believe in OURSELVES and we never, ever , GIVE UP!
