The 3 Branches of Goverment
BRANCHES OF GOVERMENT By Trevor Owens
The JUDICIAL BRANCH
The Judicial branch of government is made up of courts. Judges in the court make sure that laws are fair. They also decide the consequences, or the results,for people who brake laws.It has 9 judges,they are know as the justiceses. The judicial branch alos checkes the Executive and Legislative branch.
THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH
The Executive branch carries out laws. This branch is lead by the president. He is the leader of our country. One of his responsibility is to vedo or reject the bill if he does not agree, or if he does agree he has to sighin it. The President also works with the cabinet. The cabinet is a group of pepele who help the president.
THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH
The legislative branch is called congress. Congress has two parts, The senet and the house of Representatives. There are 100 senators! Senators are elected every 6 years. The House of Representatives has many sentors. It has 435! The bigger the the population is the more sentors it has.
