CDS First Program
The Weekly Word from CDS FP, Jun 1–Jun 5, 2020
Hello First Program Community,
It is hard to believe that we are entering week 15 of e-learning, but here we are—the last week of term 5 and the final week of school.
Thank you to all who participated in Spirit Week. Last week was fun for the kids with each day having its own theme:

Book Project
Every year, FP students publish their writing to showcase their amazing work to our community. This process allows students to take pride in their work and motivates them to become writers. During the E-Learning, FP has decided to publish student writings online! We are excited to present our books to the CDS community.
Materials Pick-up & Drop-off Day - Monday, June 8
The materials bags will contain items from your child's teacher, items for our FP's Got Talent, and class breakfast items.
Pick-up will be available in the morning and afternoon. Materials will be prepared and waiting on tables outdoors, outside of the FP Conference Room.
The following are suggested times:
11:00am–12:00pm
or
2:00pm–3:00pm
Parents should drive to and park near the tables, which are next to the FP building. Please then pick-up your child's prepared bag from the tables.
There is no set time per grade and parents may come at any time from 11–12, or 2–3.
If those times do not work for you and you would like to come at another time, of course, no problem. Please call Ms. Park to let us know of your intentions.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
