JAMMIES IN JUNE

Patumahoe School is a drop off station for The Jammies in June initiative created by Middlemore Hospital. They are asking for the following Items

  • New PJs that they can give sick children

  • Pre Loved PJs that have no rips or stains that they can give to the community

  • Knitting of baby clothes to give to newborn babies.

We will be having a fundraiser later in June but if you have any items that fit the above description and would like to donate, please bring them to school. We will be taking them up to Middlemore hospital early July.

PTA NEWS

  • PTA AGM Thursday 24th June 7pm, school staff room. All welcome!

  • Our PTA school disco last week was a fabulous event! We raised almost $1000 which will go towards the senior playground upgrade.
Over 230 children and adults came along, which is one of the biggest turnouts we have ever had to a school disco.
A huge thank you to Roz for being our fabulous MC and to all the PTA team members who worked hard to make this a fun night for the kids. And to our wonderful teachers Tanya Jarkiewicz and Sarah O’Flaherty for their supervision and support, we could not have held this event without them!
We greatly appreciate the support given to us by local businesses who helped source items and also donated goods for the night.
